City Council Meetings
The City of Harker Heights Council Meetings are held in the Kitty Young Council Chambers located in the City Hall building at 305 Miller's Crossing. Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Items may be placed on the City Council agenda by submitting a written request for placement with the City Secretary no less than seven days prior to the scheduled Council meeting.
