Discuss and consider approving a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and sign a “Professional Services Contract” for engineering services with Burgess & Niple, Inc. for the 2017 Sanitary Sewer Basin Flow Monitoring Project and submission of the Sanitary Sewer Overflow Initiative Final Report to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and take the appropriate action.
