You will need to provide an e-mail address in order to register to use online bill pay. Once you are registered you will need to add your water account to your profile. To do this you will need to know your account number and the amount of your last payment. If you do not have this information you can contact the Water Department at 254-953-5630 and they can give you the information you need.

With access to online bill pay you will be able to complete the following tasks:

• Make a payment (a $2 convenience fee will be charged)
• View your bill online
• Change information to your existing account (phone numbers and e-mail accounts)

If you are making a payment and have been disconnected, please contact the Water Department at 254-953-5630 after processing your payment to have your account reinstated.
