REGISTRATION

• December 9, 2024 - February 3, 2025 * until slots are full
• Register online https://secure.rec1.com/TX/harker-heights-tx/catalog
• Register in-person at the Harker Heights Recreation Center (307 Miller’s Crossing, Harker Heights, TX 76548)
• Season starts March 10, 2025- To start the season on time, we will need all coaches background checks cleared, submit your packet as soon as possible to be processed in a timely manner.

DIVISIONS (PARTICIPANT AGE AS OF MARCH 1, 2025)

• T-Ball: 4 – 6 years old
• 8U Coach Pitch Baseball: 7 – 8 years old
• 10U Baseball: 9 – 10 years old years old
• 12U Baseball: 11 – 12 years old years old
• 14U Baseball: 13 – 14 years old years old
• 8U Coach Pitch Softball: 7 – 8 years old
• 10U Softball: 9 – 10 years old
• 12U Softball: 11 – 12 years old
• 14U Softball: 13 – 14 years old

*To ensure fairness of play, a minimum number of 4 teams are required per division

COACHING

• All Head and Assistant Coaches must complete a Volunteer Coach Packet and return it to the Recreation Center
• All volunteers will have a color copy made of their ID and be background checked.
• Head coaches will receive 50% refund after completing the entire season and equipment is returned.

SEASON

• In order to start the season on time, we will need to have all teams head coaches background check packets returned from processing, submit your packet early. 
• Practices and games will be scheduled at the Harker Heights Community Park Baseball and Softball Complex, 1501 East FM 2410, Harker Heights, TX 76548
• Practices will begin the week of March 10, 2025
• Games will begin the week of April 7, 2025
