Who? Harker Heights Parks and Rec will be hosting this event.
What? This event will include art vendors, music, food trucks, fun activities for all ages, and more!
When? Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 3 pm-7 pm
Where? Carl Levin Amphitheater, 400 Miller's Crossing, Harker Heights, TX 76548
Why? Because we love Art!
This event replaced the City's Easter Egg Hunt back in 2021. We feel this more inclusive opportunity not only caters to families with young children but also to people of all ages and interests. Harker Heights Parks and Rec encourages you to still attend the many Easter Egg Hunts that organizations host all around Bell County.

When and where is the Arts Festival taking place?
The Arts Festival will be Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the Carl Levin Park on 400 Miller’s Crossing. The festival is a come and go event.
Can I apply to be a vendor?
Vendor registration has closed. It closed on March 14, 2025, and we are no longer accepting applications.
What activities will be at the Arts Festival?
Artists will have their artwork for sale, food vendors and food trucks will be selling food, live music will be performed (Glen Meloy will be performing), and the Harker Heights Public Library will have fun art related activities for kids.
How much does it cost to attend?
The event is FREE to attend. However, vendors and food trucks will have items for sale. The Salado Winery and the VFW 3892 will be selling alcohol at the event.
Where can I park the day of the event?
Citizens are welcome to park at the Carl Levin Park parking lots near the playground and swimming pool. If these parking lots are full, citizens can also do street parking along Miller’s Crossing.
Can we bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit out on the lawn during the event?
Yes! Musicians will be playing at the amphitheater and vendors will be in the surrounding area. However, bring your lawn chairs and blankets to sit in front of the amphitheater. Please no glass containers and/or bring alcohol.
